Soul Dough was born from Edd’s love of all things dough-based, kick ass trucks, proper music and bringing people together over really great pizza.

What started as pop-ups and events across Somerset has grown into our own wood fired pizza bar in Wells, run by husband and wife team Edd & Imogen.

Edd brings the pizza wizardry — making all of our dough in house using slow fermentation, hand-stretching every pizza and obsessing over quality ingredients. We source locally wherever we can, including our mozzarella from a farm just down the road in Glastonbury.

Imogen brings the design, music and dessert making skills — helping bring the Soul Dough space and atmosphere to life.

Alongside the pizza bar, we continue to cater weddings, parties and corporate events across Somerset and beyond with our wood fired Land Rover oven setup. With years of experience, loads of happy customers and consistently great reviews, we love creating relaxed, memorable food experiences for all kinds of events.
